Checking In

My name is Duncan and I'm a marketing and international business student here at University of Wisconsin at Madison.  I am currently working on an intern manual of sorts with the other U Car Share intern here in town, Nicole Burgmeier, for an intern class we are taking through the university.  This is a manual that is supposed to give new interns an easier transition into the program by giving them some tips, troubleshooting advice, and some past problems we have had with their eventual solutions.  If anyone has any stories, tips, advice that you feel would be beneficial to have in such a manual, please let myself or Nicole know and we can try to work it in there.  Thanks!
